After Heather’s story was written I worked with her on the feature photography. I chose Mount Sentinel as the backdrop for the images of Heather because it was not only close to her home but also was the place she did most of her training for The Hardrock 100.
Outdoor photography is my favorite kind of photography and this project used many of my strengths. I’m a multi-sport athlete and I love adventure photography! So, working with Heather on the action photography shots for the magazine was a delight.
